A seasoned, multilingual, multidisciplinary technology and management research executive with over two decades of proven experience, Dev, is the Chief Executive Officer at EShare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a financial technology institution and the only real-time stock trading system provider and operator in Nepal for the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE).

Known for revolutionizing the capital market of Nepal by bringing in various technological changes by implementing the Central Depository System and developing various real-time systems such as Mero Share (largest online transaction processing system for electronic transfer in Nepal in terms of number of active users) and C-ASBA for online financial transactions processing and electronic data interchange for Initial Public Offering (IPO), he has considerable experience working with various government, non-government, technology, and financial institutions in the region.

He is a Computer Science Engineer by training with MBA and Phil degrees from Kathmandu University School of Management.

Shashi is a business professional primarily involved in international business managing import trading company called Federal Agencies Pvt. Ltd. that deals in import and distribution of automobile parts all over Nepal. Parallel to this his equal involvement is in the area of medical equipment supplies that his company Ascent Inc imports from various countries in the world and distribute to hospitals and medical dealers across the country. He has also been involved in Synergy Finance Ltd. (currently Best Finance Ltd) and General Insurance Company Nepal Ltd. GIC, (currently Sanima GIC Ltd) in the capacity of member of Board of Director.

He is engaged in teaching and has taught International Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, Sales Management and Service Marketing for undergraduate and graduate programs in number of leading educational institutions and universities of Nepal and international affiliate colleges. He has also worked with management consultant called Lotus BizPort as marketing manager and in BDS MaPS as a marketing consultant and business development service provider.

Madhusudhan Adhikari is a highly skilled energy expert with over 34 years of experience in planning and managing programs and projects in hydropower, renewable energy access, clean cooking, and climate change across various organisations, including government, private companies, and international development organisations such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and DANIDA/NORAD. Key professional achievement: worked three years as chief advisor for solar energy to the Government of Myanmar from the World Bank; served one full tenure (4 years) as chief executive officer of the Alternative Energy Promotion Centre, the nodal agency of the GoN for promotion of renewable energy and currently serving the GoN as one of the commissioners at the Electricity Regulatory Commission of Nepal.

Alumnae Dr Adhikari is also the first batch (2008-2010) of MPhil (finance) from KUSOM.

With nearly a decade of expertise in managing institutions, Sunetra co-founded Personifier and is a certified Erasmus+ Trainer. He is widely known for strategy development and implementation in various educational institutions and also holds strategic position in institutions like NIST and Eurokids Bhaktapur. He is also an adjunct faculty for various national and international university/ college.

He is President of Bhaktapur Toastmasters Club, Club Coach Dhulikhel Toastmasters Club and Secretary of KUSOM Alumni Association.
