Life members are paid Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) Alumni.

The Alumni is run, governed and executed by a body of Board of Directors, an elected body and formed confirming the constitution of the organization. The current constitution has devised the body of nine members that includes president, vice-president, general secretary, treasurer, secretary and 4 members.

The Alumni implements its activities through four different committees namely, Membership and Networking Committee, Academic Committee, Events Committee and Student Support Committee. Their roles and responsibilities are discussed in subsequent pages of the website. Each committee is chaired by one of the members of the BoD. Each committee chair nominates and builds their team in consultation with the BoD.

The Alumni is guided by advisory board which consists number of academicians, business professionals and experts from different fields and is usually chaired by the current dean of School of Management.
